After visiting several local stores and checking online for a new mattress, we decided to stop at Ashley Furniture, in hopes of finding a better deal. It was our first time setting foot inside an Ashley Furniture store, and we were impressed with the quality of the furniture. We spent nearly twenty minutes inspecting mattresses in the showroom, where we discovered a mattress model we liked. As the sales agent was busy with other customers, and did not acknowledge our presence, we grew discouraged, and decided to leave. Upon approaching the exit, we were greeted by Ms. Sunshine, a new Ashley associate. We explained we had been interested in a mattress, but the sales agent was busy with other customers. Ms. Sunshine immediately offered to assist us, and answered all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner. She was able to provide a substantial discount, sealing the deal on the spot. We were a bit skeptical of the $99 Protection Plan, which includes a mattress protector case (provided on the spot), as the mattresses already come with a warranty, but the overall price was a great deal compared to other sites. Afterwards, we did notice the same mattress offered on their website for $150 less, but the discounts for the foundation and frame, arranged by Ms. Sunshine, made up for the difference. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new purchase, and are pleased and satisfied with the service. Kudos to Ms. Sunshine for assisting us with our quest.
Faye was great. Very personable and down to earth. She doesn't care what level of your purchase is, she is there to help you get what YOU want. One of the best buying experiences. Companies are built by their people and not products and this is one of those examples. I do like the sofa we bought, but it's the customer service is what will bring me back.
Michelle the agent was helpful, friendly, and informative to me and my sister. I looked around and surprisingly found diversified quality items at reasonable prices. I will come again and suggest to others. Loved the $100 certificate.
My Ashley shopping experience was great! My sales associate,Kendra, was the best! She took her time, and she was very patient throughout the entire experience. I will be returning to Ashley soon. I would recommend them to anyone.

Update 12/12/17: Received a call from Ashley's Furniture last week; delivery would be scheduled on Wednesday (12/13/17), with another call forthcoming on Monday 12/11 to arrange the time. Happy to hear. Received call yesterday from "Tasha", who stated there were no delivery trucks available, so delivery would be delayed. I asked for an estimate of date for new delivery, and was told it was unknown. Not acceptable! As we have the credit charge pending (used credit card ), with no delivery date in sight, we are not inclined to pay for furniture in limbo. Big disappointment.
