Awful. Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service. I was suppose to exchange a shoe they "ordered" for me because they no longer had the size I needed. I never received a call saying the shoe was in. Everytime I called to inquire about the situation the manager was never there and the "assistant manager" had no knowledge to help. After being told many times I will receive a call from the manager that I never got, I asked the "assistant manager" why you didn't call me back the next morning like you said you were? She replied "o I forgot." Long story short its been a month and I still have yet to receive the shoe and I will never give this place my business again.
Horrible customer service. Allowed a fraudulent charge of more than $400 to my debit card. I called to get a copy of the receipt of purchase or to get a refund and was told they cannot provide a copy or make a refund. Had to call three times to be able to speak to the "right" manager. She did not care about the fraudulent purchase and had no desire to help recover the funds that were stolen from me and used at her store.
