Have been a regular there for many years and have seen the priorities for customer satisfaction change drastically in favor of the video poker players. Churchill management has obviously forgotten that without horse players the video poker would not exist. The recent change away from the Daily Racing Form is a tremendous step backwards. The game of picking winners was difficult enough and this new "book" is very confusing. Obviously a profit play for Churchill with no consideration for the "customer ".Sad.
