I had a horrible experience with a Sheena Candies. I made my reservation directly through her. She told me my car would would be ready at 1:00pm I never knew this was a remote location. I arrived at 1:35 no one was in office. I called 1800number spoke to a representative stated I need to wait she should be back soon to help. I waited 30 minutes than call another branch to see if there is an body to help. A manager at that branch stated someone would help me She pulled up 10 minutes later. I was standing in front of office she walked past me did not speak. She sat at here desk and started telling me I should have been there for 1:00 pm. Also she told me it is my fault I should have been there for 1:00pm she told me to lower my tone of voice when speaking to her or I would wait longer by her refusing to rent to me. She was arrogant. Also I reserved a full size car she had a sentra for me I told her I want a full size vehicle what I'm paying for. She STATED THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAYING FOR IT. I mean rude and unprofessional. After this experience I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN.
